Let's talk about Bardonecchia, Italy

by Francesco Bruno

My name is Francesco Bruno and I was born 22/12/1971.
I have a degree in Economic Science form the university of Turin, where I also work at a management company with communication as special interest.

I adore the sea and the mountains and I practice sports as often as possible, especially skiing. My plans for the future: to learn how to snowboard like a god.

Even if you are staying as far as Torino you can get to the mountains pretty fast via the TGV train which takes less that 60 minutes and you get off right next to the bus stop which takes you up to any of the 3 skiing areas. Also if you are a student (or know someone who is studying in Italy) you get 50% off the lift tickets which is a truly great value for money.

Bardonecchia is so interesting because is in a Large Canyon between 5 valleys:
Valle Stretta on the South West
Valle del Rho on the North West
Valle del Frejus on the North
Valle di Rochemolles on the North East
Valle di Bardonecchia on the South East
For its morphological structure there are a lot of chances to practice all mountains sports.
